YES! thats the Hiriko fold and park two seater vehicle which can fold into nearly half of its size by tucking its rear under its chassis.
This vehicle was being worked on since 2010 by the media lab group of the MASSACHUSSETT INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY in collaboration with the Spannish redevelopment agency,DENOKINN
This vehicle is no more a concept car but it is now under going testing in Europe and will soon be exported to other continents and released for the public.
It cost about $17000. Thats not bad right.
